El drama romántico El esposo perdido (The lost husband, 2020) es la propuesta para este martes 15 de septiembre del espacio televisivo Letra fílmica. 

La cinta, dirigida por Vicky Wight, se basa en la novela homónima del 2013 escrita por Katherine Center y está protagonizada por Leslie Bibb y Josh Duhamel. 

La adaptación recrea cómo una madre, junto a sus dos hijos, logra rehacer su vida luego de la muerte de su esposo mudándose a una granja abandonada. 

La crítica ha comentado sobre su sólido guion y la tierna representación de sus personajes, lo que provoca una total identificación con la historia. 

Búsqueda de la felicidad, aceptación de la realidad y unión familiar se convierten en motores impulsores de un relato en el que convergen otros conflictos, propios del espacio donde se desarrolla. 

En la película intervienen, además, Sharon Lawrence, Nora Dunn, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Kevin Alejandro, entre otros.
